This Privacy Policy explains how Zaryan Property Pty Ltd trading as Jinport ("Jinport", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website and platform. Jinport is a business-to-business platform. Most information we handle relates to companies, but we also collect personal information about the individuals who represent them, such as directors, owners, and staff who operate an account.

2. What We Collect

We collect the following kinds of information:

• Account details: your name, work email address, contact number, company name, and password when you open an account.
• Business details: your company's ABN, country, industry, and trading address, collected during onboarding and verification.
• Credit assessment information: the details described in clause 4 of our Terms and Conditions, including your company profile or website, business model overview, core product information, the facility amount and credit term sought, your China supplier details, and the product items and order values you intend to purchase.
• Transaction information: orders, payment references, settlement records, and supplier proposals you submit through the dashboard.
• Identity and compliance information: documents and details requested for KYC and AML checks under applicable law.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser details, and usage data collected when you visit the website or use the platform, including through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• operate the platform and provide our services;
• assess eligibility for a trade credit limit and conduct underwriting;
• facilitate, coordinate, and administer trade transactions;
• verify identity and meet our legal and regulatory obligations;
• communicate with you about your account, orders, and payments;
• detect and prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents; and
• improve the platform and develop new features.

4. Who We Share It With

We may disclose your information to:

• Melbourne Brands Pty Ltd and its representative, and the supply chain partner described in clause 4 of our Terms and Conditions, for the purposes of conducting credit assessments and facilitating the underlying trade transaction, with your consent given when you submit that information;
• financing partners and special purpose vehicles involved in providing a facility, as described in our Terms and Conditions and the relevant facility documentation;
• service providers who support our operations, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, and identity verification providers;
• professional advisers, including lawyers, accountants, and auditors, where reasonably required; and
• regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required or authorised by law.

Some recipients are located overseas, including the supply chain partner in China. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with Australian privacy law.

5. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including encryption in transit, access controls, and multi-factor authentication on accounts. No system is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, and to meet our legal, accounting, and compliance obligations, including record-keeping requirements that apply to trade and credit activities. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

You can access and update most of your account and business details directly in the dashboard. You may also request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period and will explain if any exception applies.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some platform features may not work without them.
